• To take part in the Conference please complete the attached Application Form and return it to the Organizing Committee before January18, 2013
• An invoice will be made out upon receipt of the duly filled Application Form and sent to the applicant by fax or E-mail

• Summary of the presentation not exceeding five (5) pages (Word Format: Times New Roman 14) to be published in the Conference materials must be submitted to the Organizing Committee before January 14, 2013
